Vectra® A130 30% Reinforced Glass Fiber LCP Granules are an injection-molding grade chosen for thin-wall parts that must pair stiffness and heat capability with clean electrical and chemical performance. The 30% glass reinforcement lifts rigidity and reduces creep, while the LCP matrix delivers high flow for intricate geometries, very low shrink in flow direction, and stable properties through solder-reflow-level temperatures. Connectors, sensors, and miniature mechanisms in aerospace, automotive, and industrial electronics rely on A130 to keep clearances, resist solvents, and meet halogen-free flame requirements. Specific uses include high-pin-count connector bodies, fine-pitch headers in drives and power modules, and compact coil frames that demand crisp slots and low warpage. In R&D, the resin supports fast iteration of thin, complex features; in production it runs cleanly with short cycles.
