Hot Embossing

We offer rapid turnaround hot embossing services, producing molds as small as a few microns within 24-48 hours of receiving your design file. Our capabilities extend to embossing a wide range of thermoplastic materials including polystyrene, cyclic olefin copolymers (COC), PMMA, and polyethylene. The hot embossing process delivers clean, high-fidelity replication of intricate patterns over large areas, outperforming traditional machining methods for many polymers.

Bonding & Assembly

We offer cutting-edge bonding and assembly services that utilize laser micro-welding and precision epoxy dispensing techniques, including pulsed infrared lasers for welding metals and thermoplastics. Our laser micro-welding capabilities enable joining a wide range of metal and organic materials, including stainless steel, NiTi alloys, and a variety of plastics. By carefully adjusting laser energy and pulse duration, along with suitable part fixturing, we achieve effective welding of miniature parts with high yield. Alternatively, our precision epoxy dispensing approach is an effective solution for assembly of electronic or optical devices, with experience in dot sizes as small as 150 microns, encapsulation, and underfill compounds.
