Vestakeep® L4000G PEEK Granules

Vestakeep® L4000G PEEK Granules extend that reliability with a lubricated, high-viscosity PEEK formulated to improve feeding and flow in molding and extrusion while preserving the chemical and thermal backbone designers expect from PEEK. The unreinforced resin supports thin-wall features, living hinges, and finely detailed bosses that must survive solvents, sterilization, and heat without embrittlement. Aerospace, medical equipment (non-implant), and electronics use L4000G for lightweight housings, electrical insulators, precision manifolds, and snap-fit components that need clean surfaces and predictable assembly behavior. Specific uses include coil forms and bobbins near warm power hardware, fluid manifolds and pump internals exposed to challenging media, and connector bodies that must keep dimensions after bake. For research and production, L4000G’s built-in lubrication eases start-up and helps maintain consistent shot-to-shot quality, speeding iteration without changing base chemistry—an efficient route to durable, high-purity parts across demanding applications.
