VICTREX® PEEK 450PF PEEK Powder

VICTREX® PEEK 450PF Powder offers high thermal resistance (melting point ~343 °C) and excellent chemical stability, making it suitable for use in high-temperature additive manufacturing and composite formulation. In laboratory and research settings, its narrow particle-size distribution supports consistent layer fusion in laser sintering and binder jetting processes. It is used to produce functional parts for microfluidic devices, high-frequency electronics, and prototype components exposed to mechanical and thermal stress. The powder is also dispersed in carbon-fiber matrices for tribological parts like bushings and seals. Its low outgassing and biocompatibility support precision testing in aerospace, analytical instrumentation, and biomedical mock-up applications.
