PTFE filled with Glass Film

PTFE filled with Glass films are part of Goodfellow's range of polymer laminates. This material combines polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) with a glass fiber reinforcement to produce a composite with enhanced mechanical and thermal properties compared to unfilled PTFE. The addition of the glass fibers also improves the strength and creep resistance of PTFE while maintaining its non-stick surface and chemical resistance. With 61 variations available, this versatile laminate can be customized for applications ranging from electrical insulators and thermal barriers to low-friction bearings and seals.
