Formula: PEI
Form: Rod
Material: Polyetherimide (PEI)
CAS Number: 61128-46-9
Commodity: Polymers
PEI Rods offer a high-performance thermoplastic with excellent mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. Available in 30 variations, these rods provide high strength and stiffness as well as heat and chemical resistance. With a glass transition temperature around 217°C, polyetherimide remains dimensionally stable at elevated temperatures. Potential applications include structural components, electrical insulators, bearings and medical devices where sterilization is required. The range of diameters and lengths we offer allow PEI Rods to be tailored to diverse applications requiring precision machined parts.
