Molybdenum Diselenide Sheet

Molybdenum Diselenide sheets is made from van-der-Waals layered crystals, used predominantly for micromechanical exfoliation into 1-atom-thick (quasi-2D) samples. Mechanical exfoliation of the crystals enables the production of materials with atomically thin layers, which encompasses the creation of single-layered 2D materials. With a layered structure similar to graphene, molybdenum diselenide demonstrates a tunable bandgap that makes it suitable for applications in electronics, optoelectronics, and energy storage. With high flexibility, chemical stability, and lubricating abilities, this innovative nanomaterial has potential uses across nanotechnology and materials science fields.
