Alumina/Silica/Boria Fabric Coil (Al₂O₃ 62/SiO₂ 24/B₂O₃ 14) is a high-temperature resistant insulation material offered in Goodfellow's range of specialty fabrics. Its alumina, silica and boria composition gives the fabric excellent thermal and electrical insulating properties up to 1600°C, making it suitable for extreme environments. With 7 different variations available, these coils can be tailored for applications like fire barrier textiles, high-temperature electrical insulation, thermal protection systems and refractory linings.
