The VICTREX® APTIV® 2000 PEEK Disk is a high-performance thermoplastic polymer. With 135 variations available, this polyether ether ketone (PEEK) material provides an optimal balance of mechanical, chemical and thermal properties. The disks themselves can be machined to high tolerances for use as bearing surfaces, wear pads, and electrical insulators able to withstand continuous use at up to 250°C. Offering high strength, rigidity and temperature resistance, VICTREX® APTIV® 2000 PEEK disks are well-suited for demanding applications across industries such as aerospace, automotive, oil and gas, and electronics.
