VICTREX® APTIV® 1102 20% mineral filled PEEK Coil provides a roll of film with added mineral for extra stiffness and dimensional control in continuous processes. Converters appreciate the way it tracks through laminating and tape lines, maintaining registration in multilayer builds and resisting creep in clamped assemblies near heat‑generating components. Motor, drive, and battery systems use it for slot liners, phase insulation, and carrier layers that must stay flat and stable over long service intervals. The coil format supports efficient yield, long runs, and clean slitting, while the reinforcement improves handling and die‑cut quality.
