VICTREX® APTIV® 1102 20% mineral filled PEEK Film

VICTREX® APTIV® 1102 20% mineral filled PEEK Film is a stabilized, mineral-reinforced PEEK sheet designed for die-cut and laminated parts that must behave like a much stiffer dielectric at elevated temperature. The filler improves handling, helps parts stay flat, and reduces growth and shrink during downstream processing, so registration-critical features remain where designers put them. Converters value its clean tracking through slit, kiss-cut, laser-cut, and steel-rule steps, as well as its reliable bonding to common adhesive systems. Motors, drives, battery modules, aerospace harnessing, and industrial electronics use it for slot liners, phase insulation, stiff spacers, carrier layers, and masking where thin film needs extra backbone. The material’s low moisture uptake and halogen-free chemistry support sensitive environments and long service life. In R&D, it speeds confident prototyping of multilayer stacks that must survive solvents, thermal cycling, and flex. APTIV 1102 enables robust, repeatable insulation that keeps clearances stable without adding weight.
