PET Coil Metallized with 40 nm Aluminum offers reliable surface conductivity (~2–3 Ω/sq) and effective barrier properties for use in flexible electronics, sensor systems, and engineered thin-film assemblies. PET Metallized Film consists of polyester film coated with a thin layer of aluminum to make it reflective while still retaining the polyester's strength and flexibility. The aluminum layer is extremely thin at 40 nanometres, ensuring consistent electrical and optical performance suitable for electromagnetic shielding and material conductivity evaluation. In research and laboratory environments, this film is applied in thin-film device testing, including flexible OLED substrates, capacitors, and energy-efficient components. Its strong adhesion and moisture resistance enable the fabrication and testing of durable prototypes in nanotechnology, electronics, and materials science.
