Cellulose Acetate Metallized Film with Aluminum is a polymer film coated with a thin layer of aluminum metal. Available from Goodfellow in 7 variations, this flexible metallized film combines the barrier properties of aluminum with the mechanical strength of cellulose acetate. With good chemical resistance, these films find use as packaging for food, pharmaceuticals, and other sensitive products where a metallic appearance is desired. The aluminum coating also allows Cellulose Acetate Metallized Film to be used for electromagnetic shielding applications.
