Conductive Polystyrene Film

PS Conductive Film combines electrical conductivity, chemical resistance, and mechanical stability in a thin, flexible format ideal for electronic, sensing, and shielding applications. Its conductivity is achieved through controlled inclusion of conductive fillers, allowing it to function as an electrode layer, electromagnetic interference (EMI) shield, or touch-responsive surface. Industries use PS conductive films in printed electronics, antistatic packaging, and capacitive sensor systems. Research applications include development of flexible electronics, studies on polymer-based conductive composites, and fabrication of low-weight, corrosion-resistant electrical interconnects. The film format’s flexibility and uniform conductivity enable easy lamination, patterning, and integration into multilayer assemblies, making it indispensable in emerging flexible and wearable technologies as well as industrial-scale production.
