Hastelloy® B Foil (Light Tight) is available in 4 variations. A nickel-molybdenum alloy, it combines excellent resistance to oxidizing environments up to 1,000°C with good fabrication characteristics. Thanks to its ability to maintain strength and ductility after prolonged exposure to high temperatures, Hastelloy® B Foil (Light Tight) is often used in furnace and combustion system applications. This light-tight material also blocks visible light for optical filtering or light shielding purposes.
