Extrusion and blow moulding grade HDPE Granules

Extrusion and Blow Moulding Grade HDPE Granules are engineered thermoplastics optimized for forming robust, hollow components through high-volume manufacturing processes. These granules are derived from gas-phase polymerization using organo-chromium catalysts, offering a melt flow index (MFI 210 N) in the range of 12–32 g/10 min, with a high MFI-210N/MFI-21N ratio (50–100) for balanced processability and structural strength. When processed at 210–290°C, they exhibit ideal melt viscosity and percent swell characteristics critical for precision blow molding. These granules are used in extrusion blow molding for bottles, tanks, and automotive fuel systems, where stress crack resistance and dimensional stability are vital. Their optimized flow and crystallization behavior support uniform wall thickness and improved cooling in mold cavities, resulting in structurally consistent parts. The combination of high mechanical strength, chemical resistance, and scalability makes them essential for packaging, automotive, and industrial containment technologies.
