Cu-DHP Alloy Foil is a phosphorus-deoxidized copper alloy containing a minimum of 99.9% copper with residual phosphorus levels between 0.015% and 0.040%. This composition imparts excellent ductility, resistance to hydrogen embrittlement, and good corrosion resistance, making it highly reliable in reducing atmospheres. While its electrical and thermal conductivities are slightly lower than electrolytic tough pitch copper, they remain sufficient for most industrial needs. The foil is widely used in HVAC manufacturing, electrical engineering, and precision fabrication industries. Specific applications include cladding in composite metal structures, forming components for air conditioning and refrigeration systems, and producing precision copper shielding in electronics. Its superior formability supports progressive forming operations with minimal annealing, enhancing manufacturing efficiency. In research and industrial innovation, Cu-DHP Alloy Foil is valued for its combination of mechanical reliability, corrosion resistance, and adaptability to advanced fabrication processes.
