Constantan® Sputtering Target
Constantan® Sputtering Targets are copper-nickel alloy targets disk used in sputter deposition processes. With a composition of approximately 55% copper and 44% nickel, they provide properties like low electrical resistivity, high thermal conductivity and a low temperature coefficient of resistivity. These disks are available in 2 variations for research and industrial applications, including thin film deposition, surface coating, and the fabrication of strain gauges or thermocouples.
