Bismuth/Lead Alloy Pellets (Bi55.5/Pb44.5)

Formula: Bi 55.5/Pb 44.5
Form: Pellet/Lump
Material: Bismuth/Lead Alloy
Commodity: Alloys
Maximum Lump Size: 300mm
Hazard Pictogram: GHS08
Bismuth/lead alloy pellets (Bi55.5/Pb44.5) are manufactured by Goodfellow within their range of metal alloy pellets. The bismuth-lead composition provides a melting point of approximately 125°C. The high density and malleability of the bismuth-lead alloy make these pellets suitable for applications such as high density ballast material and radiation shielding. The pellets can also be melted and cast into custom shapes and sizes for uses ranging from fishing lure molds to specialty weights.
