AISI 304 Stainless Steel Straight Wire

AISI 304 Stainless Steel Straight Wire is a precision-straightened austenitic stainless steel wire offering the corrosion resistance of the 18Cr–10Ni alloy system in a ready-to-use, dimensionally controlled format suited to direct forming, assembly, and experimental use without further preparatory straightening. The cold-drawing process imparts elevated tensile strength relative to the annealed sheet condition, with the degree of work hardening dependent on wire diameter and the drawing schedule applied, giving straight wire well-defined and reproducible mechanical properties in the as-supplied condition.
