Electrical conductivity of ~59–61% IACS and thermal conductivity of ~226 W/m·K are maintained relative to standard 1070 foil — the light-tight manufacturing process addressing surface continuity without altering the bulk alloy composition or the solid-solution scattering properties that govern conductivity. The thinner, more chemically uniform native oxide layer of 1070 relative to 1050 or 1200 is preserved, supporting more consistent bonding and surface behavior in applications where the foil is used in direct contact with optical or detector components.
