PTFE coated Glass Fabric

PTFE coated Glass Fabric is an engineered material offered in Goodfellow's range of fabrics. It comes in 6 variations that differ in weave style, thickness, and width. Its glass fabric reinforcement provides dimensional stability and mechanical strength. At the same time, its PTFE coating provides chemical inertness, a low coefficient of friction and water repellency. It can also withstand temperatures up to 260°C. PTFE-coated glass fabrics have applications ranging from conveyor belts and heat-sealing bars and wires to electrical insulation, vacuum packs and flexible connections that to their unique combination of properties.
