Shapal™ M soft Machinable Aluminum Nitride Sheet
ShapalTM M Soft Machinable Aluminum Nitride sheets are ceramic sheets available in 4 variations that differ in dimensions and thickness. With high thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity, these sheets are used in microelectronics as substrate wafers. At the same time, their high stiffness-to-weight ratio makes them suitable for aerospace and defense applications. ShapalTM M Soft sheets also enable precision machining to tight tolerances for prototyping and small-scale manufacturing.
