Reaction Bonded Silicon Carbide/SiSiC sheets are part of our wide range of ceramic sheet materials. Available in 2 variations, they offer a combination of properties like high hardness, strength, thermal shock resistance and chemical inertness. SiSiC sheets are used in applications that demand robust performance at high temperatures, like kiln furniture, burner nozzles, heat exchangers and susceptors for induction heating. Their excellent thermal conductivity also makes them well-suited to semiconductor wafer processing equipment.
