Sapphire Sheet

Sapphire sheets are a high-quality synthetic sapphire material with a hardness of 9 on the Mohs scale for excellent scratch resistance. Available from Goodfellow in 5 size variations, these sheets exhibit high thermal conductivity and broad optical transmission in the UV to IR range. Typical applications include semiconductor wafer substrates, high-temperature windows, laser components and scratch-resistant optical elements.
