High Permeability Magnetic Alloy/Mu-metal Foil (Ni80/Fe15/Mo 5) by Goodfellow is an 80% nickel, 15% iron and 5% molybdenum soft magnetic alloy available in 4 variations. Its high permeability and low coercivity make it ideal for shielding sensitive components from stray magnetic fields. Common applications include magnetic shielding for sensors, electric motors and transformers. The wide range of foil variations we offer allows flexibility for prototyping and research on magnetic shielding across different frequency ranges and field intensities.
