Pyrolytic Graphite Carbon Disc

Pyrolytic Graphite Carbon Discs are a type of carbon disc produced by the pyrolysis of hydrocarbon gases. Characterized by high thermal conductivity and resistance to thermal shock, these discs have an anisotropic structure and properties. Pyrolytic Graphite Carbon Discs are used in high temperature applications such as furnace fixtures, welding jigs and as substrates for the epitaxial growth of semiconductor films.
