Lanthanum Hexaboride Powder is a high-performance ceramic material with a melting point of 2210°C. This rare earth boride exhibits excellent thermal and electrical conductivity as well as good corrosion and oxidation resistance. Lanthanum Hexaboride Powder is used in thermionic electron emitters, cathode coatings, and as a dopant in yttrium aluminum garnet (YAG) laser crystals. Its refractory properties also make it suitable for furnace elements and crucibles operating at ultra-high temperatures.
