Unplasticized Copolymer PVC Coil is a rigid form of poly(vinyl chloride) modified with comonomers to enhance mechanical stability, chemical resistance, and processing performance. Without plasticizers, the material retains high modulus, dimensional stability, and flame-retardant behavior while resisting environmental stress cracking. In coil form, it is supplied as a continuous roll of sheet material, ideal for large-scale fabrication and thermoforming. Industries such as construction, chemical processing, and electrical engineering use unplasticized copolymer PVC for corrosion-resistant linings, rigid protective barriers, ducting, and electrical insulation panels. Specific applications include tank and pipe cladding for chemical plants, interior panels in cleanroom environments, and dielectric barriers in electrical switchgear.
