Titanium Foil - T 0.0125mm 100mm x 100mm

Details

SKU: 1000192638 Product Code: TI00-FL-000120
Designed for demanding environments, Goodfellow's Titanium Foil offers an exceptional balance of strength, corrosion resistance, and biocompatibility - making it ideal for aerospace, biomedical, chemical, and electronic applications. Manufactured from 99.6% to 99.999% pure titanium with ultra-tight thickness ranges (0.001 mm to 7 mm), it integrates seamlessly into assemblies where durability, weight savings, and thermal stability are critical. Available in lengths and widths up to 1000 mm with optional polishing and coatings. Titanium’s naturally forming oxide layer ensures outstanding corrosion resistance in aggressive environments such as seawater and strong acids, while its high melting point supports reliable performance under extreme heat. Its low density and high strength-to-weight ratio make it ideal for lightweight structural components, and its bioinert nature enables safe use in long-term medical implants. With excellent formability and surface engineering potential, our titanium foil excels in microfabrication, energy systems, and precision electronics - making it the material of choice for shielding, sensors, implantable devices, and high-performance coatings.
