ShapalTM M soft Machinable Aluminum Nitride Rods have high thermal conductivity and electrical resistivity making them useful for heat sinks and electrical insulation components. They come in 3 variations to meet the requirements of different applications such as semiconductor fabrication equipment, RF waveguides and laser diode heat sinks. With excellent machinability, ShapalTM M Soft Aluminum Nitride Rods can be precision machined into custom components and shapes.
