Piezo-electric PVDF Metallized Film Disk
Piezo-electric PVDF Metallized Film Disk is a product in the Goodfellow range of thin film products. These disks are made of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer with metallized electrodes, giving them piezoelectric properties. This means they generate electrical charge when mechanically stressed. With over 60 size variations, these disks have applications in acoustic transducers, vibration sensors, and energy harvesting devices. The lightweight polymer construction also makes them suitable for portable and wearable electronics needing piezoelectric components.
