Multi-Wall Carbon Nanotube Sheet

Our free-standing aligned Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotube (MWCNT) sheets, also known as CNT carpets, are synthesized using a floating catalyst chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method inside a horizontal quartz reaction tube. This process is precisely controlled to maximize CNT growth yield, achieve high packing density, and enhance graphitization levels, resulting in robust, uniform sheets with exceptional mechanical strength and electrical conductivity. These aligned CNT sheets exhibit excellent tensile strength, flexibility, and thermal stability, making them ideal for applications in advanced composites, flexible electronics, sensors, and energy storage devices. Their high surface area and conductive properties enable enhanced performance in aerospace, automotive, and electronics industries, serving as effective reinforcement materials, conductive films, and thermal management layers.
