Monel®400 Foil

This film is made from Monel® 400, also known as Alloy 400, which is a nickel-copper alloy material notable for its excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of environments. It’s composed of approximately 63-70% nickel and 28-34% copper, along with small amounts of iron, manganese, carbon and silicon. This foil is resistant to seawater and steam at high temperatures, making it widely used in the chemical, oil and marine industries. Available in a choice of 56 variations, Monel®400 Foil displays good strength, toughness and corrosion resistance at temperatures up to 400°C.
