Glass Sealing Alloy Foil (Fe54/Ni29/Co17)

Glass Sealing Alloy Foils (Fe54/Ni29/Co17) are specialty alloy foils used to create a vacuum-tight seal between glass and metal components. With 101 alloy variations available, we offer foils tailored to meet the needs of different sealing applications. For example, our Kovar alloy option is well-suited for sealing borosilicate glass, while our Iron-Nickel-Cobalt alloy works for sealing soda-lime glass. With the right sealing alloy, manufacturers can create glass-to-metal seals for vacuum tubes, cathode ray tubes and other electronic components.
