Corning® EAGLE XG® Disk
Corning® EAGLE XG® disks are a thin glass substrate within Goodfellow's range of optical disks. These disks come in 3 variations that differ in diameter and thickness to support applications in microscopy, semiconductor processing and laser technology. The precision surface and dimensional uniformity of EAGLE XG disks make them ideal for use as wafer chucks, reticle substrates and ultra-flat optical windows in industrial settings. With high transmission across visible and infrared wavelengths, these disks enable high-performance imaging and spectroscopy for research and manufacturing.
