Cadmium Shots
Cadmium Shots from Goodfellow are small spherical granules of cadmium metal. As a soft and malleable metal, cadmium has a shiny silver-white appearance and is resistant to corrosion. The cadmium pellets are useful in a variety of scientific and industrial applications where weight, conductivity, or corrosion resistance are desired. For example, the pellets can be used as ballast in aerospace components or as moving parts in mechanical systems.
