Antimony Disc Single Crystal

Goodfellow's single crystal Antimony Disk range contains 20 variations. The high purity and ordered atomic structure of these single crystal antimony disks make them ideal for applications in physics research and as x-ray or neutron monochromators. These precisely oriented crystals can also serve as electrodes in electrochemical experiments or as model catalytic surfaces to study surface reactions. With no disruptive grain boundaries, Antimony Disk single crystals enable the intrinsic properties of this elemental metalloid to be probed and quantified. The wide selection of orientations, dimensions and surface finishes available from Goodfellow allows researchers to select the optimal Antimony Disk for their specific experiment.
