40% Glass Bead Filled Nylon 6 Powder is our range of nylon 6 polymer powders reinforced with 40% glass beads by weight. Nylon 6 is a popular engineering thermoplastic known for its high strength, stiffness, abrasion resistance and chemical resistance. The addition of glass beads increases stiffness and dimensional stability while lowering the coefficient of friction. This material is suitable for injection molding, extrusion and 3D printing. Our 40% Glass Bead Filled Nylon 6 Powder range comes in 6 variations to suit different applications requiring high mechanical performance combined with low friction and wear.
