The Job:

We are looking for a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to support our ambitious growth plans.

You will be expected to make significant impact as an individual contributor but will have one in-house PPC specialist as well as external agencies to support you.

You will have an analytical mindset, creative problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, particularly Google Ads and HubSpot.

You will be fully accountable for delivering successful new customer acquisition campaigns as well as cross-sell/up-sell to our customer base via Account Based Marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, optimise marketing funnels, and implement strategies that drive qualified leads, conversions, sales and revenue growth.

Skills

  • Proven experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role for 3 years
  • Ability to plan, execute and demonstrate results of marketing campaigns at scale.
  • Understanding of lead management processes and best practices.
  • Ecommerce experience a plus (b2c or b2b).
  • Experience managing and optimising a substantial PPC budget.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to prioritise effectively, deliver on committed activities and plan resources.
  • Self-motivated, proactive with a can-do attitude.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot and Salesforce is essential.
  • Ideally, experience with intent data and ABM tools e.g.: Lead Forensics and Cognism.
  • Experience with MarTech stack and systems integrations a major plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage projects, and liaise with external suppliers.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good knowledge and understanding of GDPR requirements.
