Lanthanum Foil

Lanthanum Foil is a thin metallic foil available in 16 variations with thicknesses from 0.0025mm to 0.5mm. A soft, ductile rare earth metal, lanthanum is used in research applications and in the production of optical coatings, scintillators, and hydrogen storage alloys due to its unique optical, electrical and chemical properties. The ductility and malleability of Lanthanum Foil also makes it well-suited for applications requiring deformation, such as high-performance foil capacitors.
